ReviewSNAP Announces Ad-Hoc Reporting System Upgrade

ReviewSNAP, a division of Applied Training Systems, has announced it is adding a complete ad-hoc reporting system as part of its statistics dashboard. This enhancement, set to rollout on June 15, 2011, will provide ReviewSNAP customers the ability to generate an unlimited number and types of reports and graphs to gain a very clear understanding of their performance related data at any level within their respective organizations.

“We made a decision over a year ago to make our reporting capabilities the most robust and most user-friendly in the online performance management industry. This enhancement to our system was obviously carefully thought out and we sought feedback from our current customer base to ensure that the reporting and graphical options met their needs as well as the needs of our new customers as they begin using the system.” said Dave Arringdale, ReviewSNAP’s President.

Customers will be able to create detailed reports and graphs individualized for their organization. The process will be as user-friendly as the system itself. Users will choose the exact fields they want to display on their reports or depict in a graphical format. One of the other key features includes the option of setting schedules for reports to be sent to individuals automatically on a regular basis.

Upcoming enhancements to our statistics dashboard will give you virtually an unlimited amount of flexibility. We do offer standard reports to which clients currently have access. However, very soon you will have the ability take those existing reports and customize them to meet your specific needs. Data points can be added or removed to create just the right report.

Are we missing a report type that you need? No worries! We are also creating a full ad-hoc reporting tool to give you the ability to create your own reports from scratch using a report wizard. But I don’t have time to create my own reports all the time? No problem! The new ad-hoc reporting tool gives you not only the option to save any report you have created to rerun it at any time, but it gives you the option of having the system automatically run that report as often as you would like and email it directly to you. You won’t have to add that to your to-do list or log in to pull the report. It will come right to you by email.
